June was a busy month! School ended and my oldest was home for her first summer break now that she is older. Work kept me busy, and with juggling all the summer activities and social events, I leaned hard on Amazon this month to help me with all my shopping needs.
Here are some of my purchases from June:
Swimsuits
I ordered LOTS of swim suits the past 2 weeks from a few retailers. I fell in love with this One Shoulder one piece which is just $29.99! It was so flattering and this blue color looks great on me, but there are tons of color options!
This two piece set gets a lot of rave reviews, and I can see why, at just $26.99 it's a great price point! It would look great if you want a two piece with some modesty and the quality was really nice. I think it would look fantastic on those of you that are a A-C cup, but I looked larger than I wanted on top the way it fit on me. There are a lot of options and prints to check out. Oh, did I mention the bottoms are tummy control high waist? It was perfect for me in that aspect considering I've had 2 c-sections and have a mom pouch to hide!
This last one piece was also a hit! I actually prefer to wear it without the front crossed, check out pictures in the review to see that option on people. It's in a few prints, and just $20.99, and that's with tummy control! The white is not see through at all and this is really nice quality!
Clothing
This Columbia Women's Anytime casual skort was what I was looking for to just run some errands. It's the summer version of yoga pants for me! My price was just $33.68 (reg. $60), but price may vary depending on size and color. I bought a black skirt. It's a really nice length and has shorts underneath.

I purchased this solid halter camp scallop trim top to pair with a high waisted skirt. I was a little worried I would look funny, but this was so cute paired with the skirt I had. I bought another crop top from the company I purchased the skirt from, and no lie, I got stuck in it! Apparently 1 inch makes a huge difference! This one from Amazon, not only did I not get stuck in, it looked cute! I need to add I'm a 34 yr. old mom of 2 and I ordered a size L. I promise, you won't look silly in this! The white is not see through (I bought these adhesive sticky bra pads to wear under it!), but there are other colors as well. Oh, and it's just $14.99!
Just For Fun
Since my 6 yr old was home for the summer, I was on a mission to find things to keep her busy. This 27 piece art set was just $37.45 (current price at 42% off) and she spent hours painting!
I grabbed 3 colors in this 1-day color spray by L'Oreal. My daughter loves these! They rinse out super easy. The color becomes like a powder on her hair. It does fade through out the day, but that's fine because it makes it easier for me to wash her hair out after. There is some color transfer if you mess around with it initially, but once it dries we saw no issues. No color transferred onto my daughters clothing, but I wasn't going to let her sit on the white sofa just in case! The price was 45% off when I purchased, and the blue is still showing at just $4.90.
Another item I purchased 3 of was the Swig Wine Tumbler. We were going to be enjoying some drinks by the pool and these tumblers did the trick and kept the drinks cold! They last up to 9 hours cold, and up to 3 hours hot. I don't take 9 hours to drink my Malibu Bay Breezes, so I can't comment on that, but the drinks were cold and the tumbler didn't sweat. Prices vary by color.
Since I planned to be spending a lot of time outside, I also purchased this La Jolie Muse Citronella Outdoor Candle. The packaging is really pretty and the scent isn't overwhelming. It was on sale when I bought it, but the regular price is $9.99.
