Hot Holiday Toy List - 2016

Are we ready for Holiday shopping? Did you know that the end of October is when you can get some of the best toy deals? I have compiled a list of this year's hottest holiday toys based on popularity and purchases made from posts to our Facebook group Online Deals and Steals. Prices are changing almost daily so make sure to follow our group to find out when toys on your list go on sale.

 

1. Paw Patrol Toys and Gear

Anything Paw Patrol is really hot right now. Here are our favorites for this year.

Pajamas - we have found the best Paw Patrol Pajama deals to be at Kohl's. Compared to Amazon, they are normally on sale and then you can use the additional Kohl's coupons also available. 

2. Hatchimals

Now sold out on Amazon and hard to find in general, some people have been having luck at Kohl's. If your kid wants one of these you need to start shopping and hope you're not already too late!


3. FurReal Friends Torch, My Blazin' Dragon 

Do you remember last year the popular unicorn toy? This dragon is this year's version. 
  • Pet responds to touch with 50+ sound & motion combinations
  • Feed him his color-change treat
  • Fill his tank with water and he breathes flame-colored mist (and burps)
  • Touch his nose for fun responses

 4. Fisher Price BeatBo

Any BeatBo Toy is a favorite and a well played with toy. The newest version I have seen is the dog. My daughter has loved this since 2 months old and my almost 4 year old niece also has fun with this toy.


 5. Playskool Love2Learn Elmo

 6. Fisher-Price Think and Learn Code-a-pillar

7. LEGO Star Wars AT-ST Walker

Really anything LEGO and Star Wars will be a hit this year. This is just one option.

Target offers Back to School Teacher Discount in July

Target announced they plan to revive a sale from 2018 that offers teachers a weeklong 15% discount on select items. The sale starts July 13th and will include school supplies and other essentials for classrooms, like disinfecting wipes and tissues (I can't imagine how many teachers go through!), but some new items are going to be included this year.
